So, I’ve been making a point lately to get AWAY from my computer. I found that I have let the online world take a little to much of my time.

I did something strange the other day. I went to the beach and did absolutely nothing. We just hung out. Chilled. No pressure to do anything or try and make fun happen. Just relaxing and enjoying being with each other.

Now at the same time, I don’t want to completely abandon this digital life style I have created. Im trying to find a healthy balance.

Any thoughts? Tips? Are you going through the same thing? Let me know what you think below.

OH, and I need to clarify something here: Jordan is a great guy. The bottle was in the way (and you cant see his mouth) but he was actually laughing and playing along. No need to worry about my personal safty.

Yet.

So, if you follow me on twitter or we are friends on facebook, you probibly know by now that I am moving.

Well, moving kinda forces you to go through all your junk. You would be surprised how much stuff you can find that you have forgotten about. Here Is a list of interesting things I have found so far.

I just found this hat while packing to move. I have no idea WHY i have it! It doesn't even fit!?

Found this cowboy hat. No idea why i have it... how i got it... or why i still have it. It doesn't even fit!

The bag man is sad.

This bag was given to me by a friend. I was going to do this collection of videos with "bag man" but then Smosh went and did their "box man" video. The idea quickly died.

This ballon is over two years old... and it still has air in it!

I lost these keys circa... a very long time ago.

My old retainer... Yeah, it no longer fits.

Conclusion… I have to much junk.

Ok folks, time for an update.photo-199

  1. I finally finished & Uploaded my application video for IslandReefJob.com
  2. The video was accepted
  3. The video is now live on youtube and live on the site
  4. I am now going crazy waiting for the top 50 to be announced.

Now all I can do is wait. And wait… And wait some more. Browsing the website there is quite a collection of AMAZING application videos. Several other youtubers (some with rather large audiences) have come out of the wood works in the last few days. Over 34,000 people applied. That list will be reduced to 50 on Monday! Thats quite the cut!!!

So, yeah. Im kinda anxious.

Honestly, If I don’t make the top 50 I’ll be fine. I just want to know one way or the other. Not knowing has kept me in a bit of a standstill. I do not want to start a big media blitz campaign until I know I am in the top fifty. Also, there are a few videos that I would like to do, but only if I don’t make the top 50.

Im stuck for now. Just need to wait.

In the mean time, check out my application video. Its good. I mean… I like it.

Ok, know some of you are going to get on me and say “technicly, its a ceiling.” Yeah, sure… good for you… nerd.

I don’t really know what happened, so I don’t have much of a story for you… but boy to I have pictures! You can thank my brother for that.

As if my Mom's closet isn't big enough... it seems dad thinks it needs a higher ceiling.

Remember a few weeks back (ok months back) I posted a photo gallery from my christmas tree hunt with Mark and Laura?

Well, Laura had some film developed and I thought I would share some of the new ones. :) Enjoy!

imagine without his sweater and pants.

I bet you had no idea I could be this sexy!

Trying to convince Mark... "this is not our tree!"

Giant

I wanted this tree... but Mark said something about it being to small... Thats what she said...

Awwwww! We are so cute! In a... not gay... only roommates... kinda way... That what laura said at least.

Me and the tree.

OK.. so lots of Mark and Jake in this album... It's kinda weird...

Jake and Laura with "Our Kills." Can you guess who's truck this is?

Then we stopped in a random cotton field. Meh.

So, nearly two weeks after bringing home our christmas tree, we decided it was time to bring it inside and decorate. Mark and I both have our own decorations from childhood. That always makes for a very interesting tree. We were joined by the lovely Lady Laura and our friend Jordan. As always. It was a incredible night. And yes, we took pictures.

Mark explaining the tree.

We shook the Tree and this guy fell out.

Mark and Jordan getting the tree in the stand. I’m responsible for the holiday cheer!

The Tree got angry and chopped off all our legs.

Like I said, I was on cheer patrol. Oh, and don’t worry about the tumor on Jordan’s arm. The doctor says its benign.

I just have an angel on each shoulder.

Laura is unnerved by the panda…

…but loves the Santa!

The Garmrozeo’s and their tree.

Apparently, something was funny.

Apparently, when your ears are pierced, you are supposed to wear ornaments. I was not aware of this.

But I am now very much aware of this fact.

I think this should be our christmas card.

So, yes, we had a wonderful time. Im not looking forward to UNdecoratingg though.

three amigos

Saturday morning Mark (my roommate), Laura (don’t ask, its complicated) and myself drove out to Suffolk to bag a few christmas trees. One for the Garmozeo home, and one for Laura’s house. Our farm of choice was Santa’s Forest & Nursery. It was so much fun!

I can remember going to pick out (precut) trees with my parents and brother as a kid. But picking out a fresh tree… its a whole new experience!

Our three member sudo family always has a fun time together. I thought I would share a little of the magic.

Of course… sadly the time will come when our trees will have to be “discarded”. But we have fun with that to. :)

PS: Thank’s Laura for the wonderful pictures!

Seek first the kingdom and all these things shall be added unto you.

OK FINE! But where is your kingdom Lord!? Why cant I find it! Im Seeking and seeking and seeking, but I have no idea what I am looking for anymore!

This morning I asked myself the question: “What can I do today that will change the world?” I feel like I’m missing out on so much. I’m tired of sitting around everyday wasting time on silly little selfish pursuits that in the end amount to no great benefit to anyone.

I’m ready for change. I’m ready to be change. Im ready to be focused and run hard in a purposeful direction.

Somebody start the Rocky music.

God Reveal to me what you would have me do with my life. Im so tired of wondering around!

So, its been like what… over a year since my last blog post on here. Decided it was time for me to bring it all back.

When I first started getting some recognition on youtube, I pulled all my blog posts down. Basically, I was worried about what kind of personal information was in there. Now I really dont care as much, and miss a lot of my old writings.

So, I have dug up some of my favorite old post and made them public again. Poke around and Enjoy. You might find something surprising in there.
