OK! Two things!
1. My shampoo has been really frizzing my hair out lately.
2. I found my long lost bag of wigs today.
That is all.
So, with this crazy career choice I have made (youtube and other social media), I often wonder:
Will there come a time when I am too “old” to be relevant to the majority demographic of social media? When do I need to just hang it up. How will I know when I’m ‘Trying to hard?‘
Apparently, as the video below shows, I really don’t have to worry about that.
You can bet that I’ll be doing the same at 80. You just watch.
Now, here’s another thought… could a 40 year old do this video and it still be considered funny?

Counting For The Children
A year ago, I took a trip to Africa to film a documentary on the orphans in Uganda. Really thats a story for a whole n’other blog, but check out the videos from the trip. A good friend of mine, Brian McGowan, lead the trip as we traveled with his band.
Well, anyways, Brian has started a business building handmade guitars. Below is a video of award winning Thumb Picking guitarist Matt Thomas playing one of his orgional guitars (Jamestown series).

This morning I asked myself the question: “What can I do today that will change the world?” I feel like I’m missing out on so much. I’m tired of sitting around everyday wasting time on silly little selfish pursuits that in the end amount to no great benefit to anyone.
I’m ready for change. I’m ready to be change. Im ready to be focused and run hard in a purposeful direction.
Somebody start the Rocky music.
God Reveal to me what you would have me do with my life. Im so tired of wondering around!
